My GFM~Kundalini experiences already fill the pages of two books. What about yours? The point of GFM is not to master some arcane meditation system, it is to enable anyone to raise Kundalini in a voluntary, permanent, safe, and repeatable manner. GFM is the method I used. I didn't invent it out of whole cloth; I borrowed it from The Secret of the Golden Flower. It took me years to understand its implications and many more to fully master the method. Nevertheless, like the ancient Chinese sages who spoke of 100 days to complete the process, almost to the day, I was able to activate my Kundalini according to their time-tested schedule. After I succeeded, I realized that the method, as I had practiced it, was not ready for prime-time. The language was too poetic for today, the techniques too shrouded in esoteric terminology. My challenge, then, was to simplify it.
Over the past three years I have written two books on the subject. I stand by their content and by their formulation of the method. However, I am always looking for better ways to describe the method, its techniques and its dependencies.
My Kundalini experience has also been shaped by my diet; it's the one variable with the most influence on Kundalini activation. The main thing is to keep the host body as alkaline as possible. That's not always possible in today's world. SO what's the next best thing? Keep the body as alkaline as possible by eating foods with high alkalinity.
